The decision to discontinue our services stems from financial realities that have made continued operations unsustainable. As the person who founded this organization, reaching this conclusion has been profoundly difficult. I have witnessed the transformative power of our programs—for the individuals we served, for the forward-thinking employers who embraced inclusive hiring, and for the partner agencies who trusted us with their clients.
