Throughout nine years of steadfast dedication to supporting individuals facing employment challenges, our organization has reached the difficult decision to cease active operations.

During our tenure, we have successfully connected more than 2,500 people with valuable work opportunities. Our influence extended well beyond simple job placements. We provided comprehensive assistance through a committed team of career advisors and support specialists, accompanying every individual throughout their professional journey.

Unfortunately, ongoing fiscal constraints have made it unsustainable to continue our mission and activities. For those leading this organization, this represents a deeply challenging moment. We have witnessed directly the essential nature of what we provided—not only for those we placed in positions, but also for the companies willing to give people another opportunity, and the partner organizations who trusted us with their clients.

Looking Forward: Partner Recommendation

As we plan for this transition, we remain committed to ensuring continuity of service. We are directing business partners to First Step Staffing, an established nonprofit organization with extensive nationwide experience in mission-driven staffing services.
